This Privacy Policy describes how Nadav Rak (the developer) collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use the רכב משותף משעול ride-sharing management application ("App"). The App is designed exclusively for members of a cooperative community ("Mishol") in Israel to schedule and manage shared rides. Only community members have access to the App, and accounts are created by a community manager.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Personal Identifiers: Name, email address, and phone number, provided by the community manager when creating your account. The App does not collect location data.
• Usage Data: Anonymous data about your activity on the App, such as which parts of the App you access and how often you use it. We also collect system crash logs for debugging purposes.
• Trip Information: Details of the trips you register, including start time, end time, distance, destination, and passengers. This information is publicly visible on the fleet schedule board and is used for debit registration, which is accessible only to managers.

• From the Community Manager: Your name, email address, and phone number are provided by the community manager when creating your account.
• Directly from You: When you register trips or interact with the App.
• Automatically: Through your use of the App, including anonymous usage data and system crash logs.

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App.
• Track and manage shared ride usage within the community.
• Send you important updates about the App or changes to our policies.
• Provide customer support.
• Comply with legal obligations under Israeli law.

Disclosure of Your Information

We do not share or sell your data to any third parties, except for the following service providers used for app functionality:

• Google Analytics for anonymous usage data analysis.
• Sentry for debugging and logging system crashes.

We may also disclose your information to comply with legal obligations under Israeli law or to protect the rights and safety of the community.

Data Security

All data is stored on Firebase servers with strict permission controls, ensuring that only authorized users with accounts can access it. We use Firebase APIs for secure data transmission. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing the community manager at cars@mishol.org.il. The manager will handle your request in accordance with community policies.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. Accounts are created by the community manager, who verifies the age and eligibility of users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by sending an email to the address associated with your account. The updated policy will be effective as of the "Last updated" date.
